- Work closely with the TA Leadership on support required to ensure the team is successful.
- Directly responsible for creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
- Continuously improve the timing between first Recruiter call and offer.
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
- Continuous contributions to our Interview Training, hiring pages and overall hiring process.
- Act as an advocate for remote working and values and ensure our values are experienced throughout the candidate experience.
- Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
- An aptitude for sharing best practices and becoming a subject matter expert in the role.
Requirement
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting-identifying, sourcing, closing and onboarding candidates.
- A relevant industry experience to better understand the requirements of the roles they are recruiting for.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and attract top talent.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and can manage multiple activities and priorities independently while adapting to changing conditions without getting overwhelmed by the high volume of applicants received every month.
- Initiates work independently and collaborates well with team members.
- Adeptness in data analysis and reporting, along with a moderate level of understanding in creating and utilizing dashboards for tracking recruitment metrics.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
