Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications. This role involves working with Aura classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Salesforce AppExchange package creation and deployments, as well as proficiency in JavaScript, Apex classes

Responsibilities
- Develop new applications or enhance existing ones
- Supervise integration of multiple systems with Salesforce
- Handle data transformation in external systems and integrations
- Utilize project management software, like Jira, to navigate and track development progression
- Ensure high level of software stability, usability, and security by designing test protocols
- Collaborate with tech counsel, product managers, or executive team to define and formulate requirements
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Extensive Salesforce development experience using Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, API, and Integration
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, partner ecosystem, Salesforce architecture, and API
- Long exposure to sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, JavaScript, and CSS
- Sound knowledge of code version using Github, Bitbucket, or Subversion
- Prolific understanding of distributed systems, OOP, design patterns, and methodologies
- Experience in implementing SOA (service-oriented architecture) patterns
- Ability to communicate fluently in English with engineering managers
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
